chris duncan hit 2 HR yesterday in AAA, but they were his first two of the year and he's currently batting .200 this year

i get updates daily, so i'll try and post anything relevant

got a few updates for everyone today

i thought i'd start out with a daric barton update, he's currently batting .342 for the A's AAA team.

now for the redbirds...

Cody Haerther (AA) went 2-4 to raise his average to .261
Mike Ferris (HiA) hit 2 2B on the way to bumping his average up to .354
A.J. Van Slyke (LoA) picked up three hits and an RBI to move to .326 for the season

Suart Pomeranz (AA) 6 1/3IP 5H 2ER 2BB 4K season ERA 3.31
Blake Hawksworth (HiA) 6IP 3H 0ER 1BB 2K season ERA 2.40 record (2-0)

i think its tough on him too cause he's only 19 i think and with this being such a weak farm system he's already being labeled as the best position player we have a someone that has a very quick timetable set for him by others, which can be tough to deal with at his age. glad you posted CATF, i was beginning to wonder if anyone check this thing.

Michel Hernandez and Travis Hanson each had one hit and one RBI, but the Triple-A Memphis Redbirds lost to the Omaha Royals, 11-5, on Saturday. Former Cardinals outfielder Kerry Robinson went 4-for-5 with two RBIs and two runs scored for Omaha. Memphis is 4-13. ... Catcher Jason Motte went 3-for-3 with an RBI in his debut for the Double-A Springfield Cardinals, but the Cardinals lost to visiting Tulsa, 9-6, on Saturday. Cody Haerther hit his second home run of the year for Springfield (10-6). ... The Class A Palm Beach Cardinals' game against St. Lucie on Saturday was suspended in the second inning due to rain and will be completed on June 5. ... Mark McCormick (1-1) was tagged for five runs (three earned) on five hits in 3 1/3 innings as the Class A Swing of the Quad Cities was defeated by host Fort Wayne, 9-0. Quad Cities fell to 8-8.

Chris Lambert had a great start going 6 innings, giving up two hits and two BB, no earned runs and striking out 9 while improving his record to (2-1) and lowering his ERA to 5.79

i hadnt heard of Lucena either, he's a 2B. other than that i'm not too sure, maybe he's a product of our dominican program.
